Related Services: All services related to legal proceedings will be assessed at $400 per hour (including but not limited to court testimony, depositions, legal conferences, preparation of reports/letters, travel/waiting time, and records/chart review). For Dr. Brosius or Dr. Dinklocker to spend a half-day in court for fact or expert testimony, the fee is $ 3,000. For a full day, the fee is 5,000. Unless otherwise arranged, an estimated fee is due 5 days in advance of a court or deposition appearance, and the balance (if any) is due within 48 hours after.
If the court hearing/deposition is canceled for any reason less than 5 business days before the date, the full fee is charged (for time spent preparing plus two hours). Fees will be charged to the patient’s credit card, kept on file.
