Neuropsychological, Psychological, Educational & IQ Assessment
Comprehensive Neuropsychological Assessment
$4,300
--WISC-V/WAIS-IV, WJ-IV, TOVA, WRAML-2, DKEFS, WCST, Rey CFT, Personality and Emotional tests & Parent/Teacher rating scales. Autism testing would be covered under this fee (ADOS-2, SRS, ASRS). Additional subtests will be included as determined by Dr. Brosius to answer the referral question. All fees include intake and feedback session as well as a report. School meetings/observation billed at the hourly therapy rate + travel time.
Student doctors working with Dr. Brosius may work for a reduced rate. Please inquire about their availability if you are interested.
IQ Testing
$500
-This would be one comprehensive measure of IQ assessment (WISC-V/WAIS-IV). This is often used for private school admission, advanced placement or MENSA qualification or for some other personal use. If you are seeking both IQ and Achievement testing, the rate is $1,000. A formal report is included.
Therapy and Consultation
Diagnostic Intake Session
This is a 60-75 minute intake session to better understand the current concerns as well as to explore history.
Therapy
Therapy sessions are 50-60 minutes in length
Consultation
Many people use consultation to talk about previous assessments and additional recommendations.
